By accessing and using the A Mi Mek It website and booking our cultural tourism experiences, workshops, and tours, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the website:

• In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• To transmit any harmful or malicious code
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate A Mi Mek It or any other person
• In any way that infringes upon the rights of others

3. Workshop and Tour Information and Availability

We strive to provide accurate workshop and tour descriptions, schedules, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that descriptions, pricing, schedules, or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

4. Bookings and Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation of the booking price
• We reserve the right to refuse any booking placed with us
• Payment must be received before booking confirmation
• Prices are in Jamaican Dollars (JMD) unless otherwise stated

5. Workshop Attendance and Cancellation

Workshop and tour attendance policies will be provided at booking. Scheduled times are subject to weather conditions and other factors outside our control. We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, transportation issues, or health and safety concerns.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Due to the nature of our cultural tourism experiences, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled experience are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will not be refunded. 7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, workshop materials, and software, is the property of A Mi Mek It or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, A Mi Mek It shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless A Mi Mek It and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or rights of a third party.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jamaica.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change our Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page. Your continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
